High Capacity Shelving - H-Post

Hi-Tech shelving systems include a multitude of components and options for customizing down to the last detail. H-post units are available in OPEN or CLOSED types as well as STARTER and ADDER units.

Each Hi-Tech High Capacity heavy-duty shelf has a tubular welded box beam in front and rear for maximum strengh, exclusive triple bend side flanges for even more strengh, lapped and welded corners, and the tops of shelves are punched to accept shelf dividers. Each shelf is installed using only 4 shelf clips and can be installed together with both beaded front and angle back posts as well as T-posts and H-posts.

H-Post High Capacity Shelving is ideal when additional strength is required for any shelving installation. It is also recommended for multi-level high-rise applications.

Open Starter units include:
four H-posts, one pair of back sway braces, two pair of side sway braces and shelves with shelf clips applicable to unit ordered.

 

 

Open Adder units include:
two H-posts, one pair of back sway braces, one pair of side sway braces and shelves with shelf clips applicable to unit ordered.

 

Closed Starter units include:
four H-posts, one set of back panels, two sets of side panels and shelves with shelf clips applicable to unit ordered.

 

 

Closed Adder units include:
two H-posts, one set of back panels, one set of side panels and shelves with shelf clips applicable to unit ordered.

H-Posts are fabricated from 14 guage cold rolled steel and formed into a unique tubular design to provide more than twice the load capacity compared to standard posts.

 

Special triple point brace clip provides a strong and ridged anchor point for the cross braces.

 

 

The standard foot plate provides a strong, secure anchoring point.
